You can enter the property via either the electric sliding gates or the separate pedestrian gate which opens onto the driveway then leads down to the garage and entrance to the villa.

The villa is also attractive to specific buyers who want the separation (either for family, friends or paying guests)
The accommodation is over two levels and split into two separate apartments. Each level having full and independent accommodation (owners on the first floor and guests on the ground floor). Therefore, this charming home allows buyers the opportunity to offer guests very comfortable and substantial self-contained accommodation with independent access and parking.
The only thing that is shared between the two apartments is the large, heated swimming pool. However, the owners have a private Jacuzzi and do not use the swimming pool when paying holiday guests are staying.
