Modern fully-fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate shower room. LOWER LEVEL: Internal access to guest suite with living room, DVD player, double sofa bed to sleep 2 children, double bedroom and large en-suite bathroom.
Outside there is a large dining naya, private pool and terrace, built-in BBQ, pool-side shower, carport, driveway, attractive low-maintenance gardens. Air conditioning and amazing sea views.

The air conditioning is available at an additional cost of 100 euros per week, if required.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

The main beach of Moraira is approx. 4 km from the villa and is ideal for families with young children. The delightful town of Moraira with its wonderful modern marina is a 10 minute drive away and offers a wide variety of bars, excellent restaurants and shops.
There is the 9 hole Golf de Ifach course in Moraira. Javea Golf Club is just a short drive away and La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Benidorm clubs are all within a 30 minute drive away.
Use of a hire car is essential. There are many interesting places to visit on the north Costa Blanca. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 15 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.
No smoking is permitted in the villa and no pets. Changeover days are flexible. The villa will be available from 4 pm on day of arrival, and we request it is vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
