Fabulous villa in a great location – only 1.4 km to Moraira Beach (20 minute walk). Lovely modern feeling inside and all on one level. Open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area. Plenty of comfortable seating (3 seater and 2 seater sofas), dining table for 6 people and fully fitted kitchen. 3 bedroom (each with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, mosquito nets to the windows and air conditioning). Bathroom with shower over bath and large family bathroom with sunken bath and separate shower and washing machine. Dutch and English TV channels available and fibre optic wifi. Gated private parking with room for 3 cars. 8 X 4 metre private pool (Pool heating available at extra cost) and shaded terrace area, terracing and charcoal BBQ. Walk to local bar in 5 minutes.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

Around 15 steps lead up to the villa from the driveway but then the pool area and villa is all on one level.
Covered terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers, charcoal BBQ. 8 X 4 meter pool (can be heated at extra cost) and terrace areas. Rest of garden is very well maintained with shingle and shrubs.
Moraira town is approximately a 20 minute walk, or a 5 minutes by car. The blue flag beach in Moraira is perfect for families with young children and there is also the lovely smaller beach at El Portet.
Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 10 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 20 minutes by car.
Car hire would be recommended as there are other resorts up and down the coast such as Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute drive.
Alicante airport is 90 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The A7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here
Changeover days are flexible and it requested the villa is vacated by 10 am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm, unless by prior request.
