The villa is on one level (only 3 steps to enter the property) and has direct access from the lounge and kitchen to the private 8 x 4 pool and sun terrace where you can relax and enjoy. Lounge with comfy settees and dining area with extending table up to 6, separate fitted kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 single room, family shower room and en suite bathroom to the master bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the twin bedded room and lounge. An Air Con Unit is situated in the hallway and the unit is effective for cooling down the bedrooms and lounge. Free standing fans are available on request. Covered naya leading to the 8 m x 4 m rectangular pool, terrace and bbq area. Gated entrance to parking area for 2 -3 cars.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

The villa is a on a large plot and from the parking area at the side there 3 stairs up to the villa itself. Another entrance at the front of the villa with 1 step
Easy access and parking for 2 to 3 cars. Large sunny pool terrace with sun loungers and 8 m x 4 m swimming pool with roman steps. Charcoal BBQ, round dining table with 6 chairs. A small covered naya to enjoy the shade during the hot summer days.
Benitachell is located half way between the coastal resorts of Moraira and Javea and just a 15 minute drive will take you to the lovely sandy Blue Flag beaches at Moraira and El Portet and marina. The resort of Javea comprises 3 main areas, the town with its shops and boutiques, the port with many restaurants and bars, and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade, again with a wide selection of restaurants and bars.
Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 20 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 10 minutes by car. Also there is the La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Oliva Nova Golf, approx. 30 minute drive.
Use of a Hire Car is essential. The villa is in a central location with good local restaurants close by and easy access to interesting places up and and down the coast, all within a 30 minute drive.
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and the property is only 8.5 kilometers away.

Moraira: 7.3 kilometers
Javea, El Arenal area: 8.6 kilometers
Changeover days are flexible. The villa will be available from 4 pm, and we request it is vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
