El Pabellon is a wonderfully spacious villa located in the popular Portet Valley, a short distance from the equally popular resort of Moraira. Perfect for a relaxing holiday in the sun and creating special memories with friends and family alike. There is an extensive terrace leading to a private gated pool as well as a large balcony, both of which offer plenty of sunny and shady spots for lounging or dining. A snooker table provides extra entertainment options plus Fiber Optic WiFi and TV with freeview UK channels.
On two levels, the upper level has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining area and separate kitchen whilst the lower level has internal and external access with the snooker table, a kitchenette, open plan lounge/diner, 2 further bedrooms and bathroom.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

The beach at El Portet is close by and the beaches, bars and many restaurants in the resort of Moraira are just a 7 minute drive. There are other lovely beach resorts such as Calpe, Altea and Javea, all within a 30 minute drive.
Close to several high quality golf courses, The La Macheta in Moraira is approx. 15 minutes and Javea Golf Club is also a 15 minute drive from the villa and is open all year round. La Sella Golf Course Complex is approx. 25 minutes drive and Oliva Nova 18 hole Golf Complex approx. 30 kms.
Moraira with its good balance of excellent restaurants, bars and shops is less than a 10 minute drive. Market day is Friday. There are other resorts up and down the coast such as Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute drive.
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 10 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here
