Description

This modern villa has been fully refurbished throughout. The lower level offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge/diner and kitchen. The upper level is independent and will remain closed off and empty.  Full Sky TV package, Fibre Optic Wifi and Air Conditioning throughout. Outside there is plenty of seating for relaxing or dining Al Fresco. BBQ and a private oval shaped pool (12 m x 5 m), secure gated parking with car port, and lovely sea views all the way to Calpe Rock.

There is an additional charge for the air conditioning of 75 Euros per week.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 17 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €500. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

There are large comfortable sofas, and dining table for 6, TV with the full Sky package including English channels and Fibre Optic Wifi.

Fully equipped kitchen with integrated oven, ceramic hob, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and kettle. The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the family shower room. Coffee cafetière

There are two super king bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one double bedroom and one twin room. AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL BEDROOMS

In addition to the two en-suites, there is also a family shower room which also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Accessibility

This villa is ideal for those with walking difficulties as there is only 1 step to the lower level accommodation from the private driveway.

Golf Details

The local 9 hole Golf de Ifach course is just a few minutes drive away from the villa. Javea Golf Club, La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Benidorm clubs are all within a 30 minute drive away.

Travelling to the Property

Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 10 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and the property is just 8 km from here.

Useful Distances

Use of a car is useful as there are many interesting places to visit all within a 30 minute drive. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast

Further Details

Changeover days are flexible but it requested the villa is vacated by 10 am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.

La casa es espetacular, las habitaciones enormes, y la zona muy tranquila. Lo único que las zonas de baño son calas de piedra, y nos teníamos que desplazar a calpe o a oliva. Destacar la profesionalidad de Linda, que desde la agencia me trato de maravilla y soluciono todos nuestros problemas.

The house is spectacular, the rooms are huge, and the area is very quiet. The only thing is that the bathing areas are stone coves , and we had to go to Calpe or Oliva. I would like to highlight Linda's professionalism, from the agency she treated me wonderfully and solved all our problems.

Note: Moraira has 2 beautiful Sandy beaches, but the clients didn´t like them as it was very busy on those beaches

We went as a group of 3 families and had a great time. The house is phenomenal, everything in general, the large rooms, the clean and renovated bathrooms, the kitchens, especially the one upstairs, great, the pool and all the incredible outdoor area although the built-in barbecue cannot be used, but there is another barbecue. The coffee pot broke and they immediately brought us a new one. No complaint, the truth, yes, a recommendation, it is convenient to take anti mosquitoes.

We had a fantastic time staying at the villa. We’ve been holidaying together for about 8 years and it’s by far the best villa we’ve ever stayed in. We’d definitely love to come back, something we’ve not said about most of the previous villas. It was very well equipped with good quality stuff which we appreciate very much as we do lots of cooking and meal prep!

We loved the bar. We used it so much and not only for serving drinks from but also for getting a little shade and playing games.

Thank you for the great service when we got in touch with a few issues; we didn’t catch your colleagues name (the maintenance man) but to come back the next day with several new airers for us was fantastic service and very much appreciated by myself and the other two mums. The washing facilities at the villa as excellent (the best we’ve ever had)

We found the villa to be excellent for the family, the lay out was very good as it allowed the ‘oldies’ to be separated from the young ones and meant we all had our own space. Also enjoyed being able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants as was our aim although we did require taxis when we went into the centre of Moraira.

The villa and pool area was fantastic, well equipped and spacious, the service we received from everyone at Moraira and Javea Villas has been first class and would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

This was a fantastic villa, could not fault it. We were a family group of 13, ranging from ages 10 to 72 and everyone had an amazing time. Pool was lovely, all the bedrooms a really good size, well equipped kitchen and the pool bar just topped it off. Was in an excellent location, not far from the lovely resort of Moraria . Plenty of supermarkets nearby and lovely restaurants and bars to spend an evening in. The service we received from Moaraira and Javea villas was fantastic from the moment we booked until the day we left the villa. Always on hand to answer any questions and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely love to return to this villa one day.
