This traditional 2 bedroom villa is situated in a quiet area to fully enjoy your family holiday. Arriving at the property you will find a large private driveway with secure parking for 2/3 cars. After a couple of steps you reach the pool area level with a 8 x 4 private swimming pool with roman steps. The pool has a shallow beginning and at the deep end the pool is 1.90. After 14 steps you will reach the covered terrace that overlooks the pool and gives you access to the villa. Entering the property is possible via the kitchen or via the lounge. The traditional kitchen is separate. Via a hallway you will reach the traditional bathroom, the dining room / lounge room and the 2 bedrooms.

The air conditioning is available at an additional cost of 50 euros per week, if required.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.
Living room / Dining room
In the combined living room / dining room there is a dining table with 6 chairs, TV cabinet with TV (at the moment only Spanish channels), DVD and CD player and 2 comfortable sofas. From this room you also have direct access to the covered terrace.
Kitchen
The traditional Spanish kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and kettle and has direct access to the outside covered terrace.
Bedroom 1
Master bedroom with a double bed, bed side tables, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and Air conditioning.
Bedroom 2
The bedroom has 2 single beds, built in wardrobes and a fan to cool the room.
Bathroom
The traditional bathroom has a bath and a separate shower, a new bathroom cabinet, toilet and a washing machine.
The villa itself is on one level. To access the villa you have a couple of steps from the drive way to the pool level and from the pool level to the villa it is 14 steps.
Outside the villa you will find large private driveway, 8 x 4 swimming pool, an outside shower, 4 sun loungers with an umbrella.
The closest beach is the El Portet beach. You will find this beach after 2,5 km. The main beach of Moraira is approx. 4 km from the villa and is ideal for families with young children. The delightful town of Moraira with its wonderful modern marina is a 10 minute drive away and offers a wide variety of bars, excellent restaurants and shops.
Both the 9 hole Golf de Ifach course in Moraira as the Javea Golf Club are within 7 km. La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Benidorm clubs are also within a 30 minute drive away.
Use of a hire car is essential. There are many interesting places to visit on the north Costa Blanca. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Altea, Benidorm, Calpe and Denia and are all within easy driving distance along the coast.
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 15 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.
No smoking in the villa and no pets. Changeover days are flexible. The villa will be available from 4 pm on day of arrival, and we request it is vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
