For this villa there is a refundable €500 damage deposit

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Changeover days on a Saturday only in July and August. Rest of the season flexible changeover days.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 0 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €500. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

From the driveway you can walk up the rest of the drive to the top outside area and accommodation (the drive becomes steep at the top). The driveway is level to the pool area and 2 steps into the lower accommodation. From the pool area are 19 outside steps to the upper level.

Fabulous pool area (4.5 X 9 meter pool) located near the lower accommodation with plenty of sunbathing areas and plenty of outside seating and dining. 19 steps leading to the upper level with another fabulous outside area with dining table (seats 8), table tennis, pool table and darts for the family to enjoy.

The main beach of Moraira is approx. 4 km from the villa and is ideal for families with young children. The delightful town of Moraira with its wonderful modern marina is a 10 minute drive away and offers a wide variety of bars, excellent restaurants and shops.

There is the 9 hole Golf de Ifach course in Moraira. Javea Golf Club is just a short drive away and La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Benidorm clubs are all within a 30 minute drive away.

Use of a hire car is essential. There are many interesting places to visit on the north Costa Blanca. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.

Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 15 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.

The villa will be available from 4 pm on day of arrival, and we request it is vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
