Moraira with its beautiful beach is a 7 minute drive or a 30 minute walk. The outside area is luxury outdoor dining with private pool and perfect for that Mediterranean holiday experience.

Air conditioning charged €75 extra per week.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

Fabulous shaded gazebo seating areas and outside covered BBQ and outside kitchen area with built in charcoal BBQ, hob and fridge and outside dining for 6. Separate outside toilet room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate outside drying area. Electric gates lead to private parking for at least 3 cars.
The main sandy beach of Moraira and the town Moriara is only 3 km away. Only 1 km away from the villa you will find a small center with a couple of restaurants and a supermarket.
Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 10 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 12 minutes by car.
Car hire would be strongly recommended as there are other resorts up and down the coast such as Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute drive.
Alicante airport is 93 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 10 km from here.
The owner has requested no smoking inside the villa and no pets allowed.
