Beautiful spacious house in a very nice location. The pictures do not do the house justice.; it's even better. The en suite bathrooms for each of the bedrooms was very much appreciated by all of the family. Suzanne replied very quickly to any of our enquiries. The brochure providing details of the house including air conditioning and house equipment as well as nearby restaurants and activities was a plus. I would highly recommend the house.

We travel to Moraira every year and usually book through you - your service and professionalism always impresses me and I don’t have to remember to make the final payment as you always remind me which is most appreciated. You have advised us about villas in the past and I have always found your comments useful. We would look to book with again next year.

With regard to the villa - we were so happy with it last year that we booked it again this year. It is clean, modern and has all the facilities we need with comfortable beds. Certainly we liked the addition of electric gates this year and the outside space with direct access into the villa.

We holiday in Moraira for at least a week each year staying in various villas. We had not used Moraira and Javea Villas before but found your website easy to navigate offering a good selection of accommodation and clear and easy terms and conditions. Your people were easy to deal with and we felt very comfortable using your services. The villa itself was wonderful for us - good attention to detail, not overlooked, good location and immaculate inside with a good layout and everything we needed. The only negatives would be that we found the directions very difficult to follow particularly if you are going late at night. It would be easier to shorter directions with landmarks from the centre of Moraira. The best indicator of our feelings regarding your service and the villa is that we have just rebooked the same villa with you for a week in July next year.

We just finished our holidays in Spain and had a great time. We were in the house at Benissa Coast for two weeks. We found the house great and of a very good price/quality balance. The house was spotless clean upon arrival, the beds were prepared and the key was waiting for us in the key-box. The house is nicely refurbished, bathrooms and kitchen are excellent, pots/pans and utensils adequately available. Bed quality is good. The pool and area is good , we certainly appreciated that there were sufficient chairs and beds for our family of 5. We went to the Cale de Fustera a couple of times by car (could always find a parking spot) and walked to the Cale de LLobela to swim and snorkel. The house is in a quiet setting. Initial we were afraid we would hear the main road, but this was not an issue at all. Besides an occasional barking dog, the area is very quiet. The next door house (below the pool) was occupied during our stay by two German people. We had to ask them a few times to through back a ball which ended up in their garden. Although we had no issues at all with these neighbours, we can imagine that they feel a bit hindered in their privacy, since we could look fully into their garden from our pool area. Some kind of a (nice) fence could perhaps solve this. The only critics on the house is the limited shade between 1.30 – 4.30 PM, some kind of patio behind the outdoor shower could help. Again the house was great and we would consider coming here again. Working with Moraira and Javea Villas was a very positive experience. Nicky and Jen helped us to select the right property and gave sufficient information before booking. Contract and other e-mail communications on payment and arrival instructions was clear and timely. During our stay the response to our requests was prompt. We asked for an extra sun umbrella which was arranged next day by Paul and Linda. One evening the gas bottle was empty and Alex came within the hour to fix this. Linda provided some extra information on events in Moraira. We only had a bit of confusion on the day of departure, one of the e-mails suggested we had to wait for somebody to come to the Villa for a key hand-over, whilst we learned (a bit after 10) that we could have left the keys in the box. But in general we very much appreciated the way M&J Villas do their work.
Thanks for supporting our nice holiday. We do recommend both the house and the M&J Villas.

Our family had a lovely holiday in this villa. Booking was easy via the agent, and directions and key access were no problem. The villa was very well maintained and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, with all rooms having en suite bathrooms. The villa was a very good size, and had excellent air conditioning. The Wi-Fi and phone signal were both strong. The TV had the usual English freeview channels. This was important to us as we travelled with two young children, so we were in the villa during some evenings. The living area of the villa was very spacious. I was surprised at how large the villa was as the photos didn't really reflect the size. The pool was also larger than average with plenty of shade available from the surrounding trees. The pool furniture was also in excellent condition. I was very impressed with this villa, and hope to return there next year.
