Air conditioning for the summer months and central heating for the winter months are both available throughout and are charged at an extra 100 euros per week, if required. Hairdryers in all bedrooms and hair straighteners also available. Beach towels supplied.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

The villa is not overlooked by neighbours so perfect for those looking for absolute privacy, yet only a 5 minute drive to the sandy Arenal beach.

The villa is surrounded by beautifully maintained Mediterranean gardens, with a shady brick built charcoal BBQ area, an upper level terrace off the Master bedroom, another off the Naya, swimming pool 8 m x 4 m in size, approx. 1 m deep at shallow end and approx. 2 m at deep end. Private gated driveway for two cars.

Javea Golf Club with its 9 hole course is approx. 10 minutes drive and the La Sella Golf Complex near Denia, is approx. 20 minute drive.

Alicante airport is 100 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa or exist 62 for Denia and Javea is just a 20 minute drive from either of these exits.

Car hire is recommended as there are other resorts up and down the coast such as Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute drive.

Changeover days are flexible but it is requested that the villa is vacated by 10 am. Access on arrival is available from 4 pm.
