This villa is a perfect holiday location in a peaceful residential area. It is modern and well equipped inside with 3 double beds with Air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, a large and spacious lounge and dining room, well equipped kitchen and very sunny conservatory. Outside you have a large sunny terrace with 8 m x 4 m swimming pool with roman steps.

This gorgeous villa is set in a walled Mediterranean style garden, which is well maintained.
The large pool terrace is paved and home to the 8 m x 4 m swimming pool with new pool shower. Sun pergola. Stairs lead up to the main living area. Entrance is via the conservatory and leads directly into the lounge and dining area. It is beautiful and very tastefully decorated throughout.
Character is added to this modern property with exposed beams in the main entertaining areas of the villa. The 3 bedrooms are very bright and airy and have the benefit of persianas which are used to shelter from bright sunshine ideal for afternoon siestas.
Air conditioning is also now available in the 3 bedrooms as well standing fans. The 2 bathrooms are tastefully finished. TV channels are available in many different languages (Belgian, Dutch, German, French, English etc.) Fibre Optic WiFi.
Pool heating available outside summer months at extra cost of 150 Euros per week.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.
A 35% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Benitachell is located half way between the coastal resorts of Moraira and Javea and just a 15 minute drive will take you to the lovely sandy Blue Flag beaches at Moraira and El Portet and marina. The resort of Javea comprises 3 main areas, the town with its shops and boutiques, the port with many restaurants and bars, and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade, again with a wide selection of restaurants and bars.
Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 20 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 10 minutes by car.
Also there is the La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Oliva Nova Golf, approx. 30 minute drive.
Use of a Hire Car is essential. The villa is in a central location with good local restaurants close by and easy access to interesting places up and and down the coast, all within a 30 minute drive.
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Benitachell is just 9 km from here.
Changeover days are flexible. The villa will be available from 4 pm, and we request it is vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
