The villa is on 2 levels, on the ground floor is a large attractive lounge with Tosca stone fireplace and archway to dining room with air conditioning. Fully fitted kitchen complete with appliances.
There is also 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom both with Air Con unit and modern bathroom with bath and walk in shower on the ground floor.
Two french doors open from the lounge onto a covered naya which has direct access to the lovely south facing garden and private pool area.
Stairs from the entrance hall lead to a large first floor bedroom with Air Con unit and en suite bathroom with walk in shower and there is a private terrace overlooking the garden and with mountain views beyond.
This delightful villa is tastefully furnished throughout with good quality period furniture and is a perfect haven to spend a relaxing holiday. The villa is ideal for families with young children as there is a secure electric gated entrance at the front, lots of grassed areas to play and there is also a gate to the pool area making it safe and secure for toddlers. The villa is ideal for families with young children as there is a secure electric gated entrance at the front, lots of grassed areas to play and there is also a gate to the pool area making it safe and secure for toddlers.

Air Con is charged at € 75,00 per week.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

The villa is a on a large flat plot and from the parking area at the front there is one step to the kitchen. From the covered terrace to the pool area are approx 10 steps. There are also 2 ground floor bedrooms and bathroom, so overall very suitable for people with walking difficulties.
Lovely private garden well screened with mature trees and plants, grassed areas, sun terrace and just a couple of steps to the 8 m x 4 m pool - depth: lower end - 1.35 deep end - 1.93, built in barbecue (in addition to movable BBQ).

The lovely Blue Flag sandy beach at the Arenal in Javea is ideal for families and young children and is an approx. 10 minute drive. The villa is a 15-20 minute walk to the old town and a 5 minute drive to the port of Javea, where you will find many excellent bars, restaurants and shops. There are other beautiful resorts up and down the coast, all within a 30 minute drive
Javea Golf Club with its 9 hole course and the La Sella Golf Complex near Denia, are an approx. 20 minute drive.
Alicante airport is 100 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 15 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 125 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa or exist 62 for Denia and Javea is just a 20 minute drive from either of these exits.
Car hire is recommended as there are other resorts up and down the coast such as Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute drive.
Changeover days are flexible but it requested the villa is vacated by 10.00am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.
