This stunning Penthouse apartment has been furnished beautifully throughout.

The entrance to the apartment is on the third floor, where on this level the lounge / diner, kitchen, two bedrooms and family bathroom are located as well as a terrace for outside dining. The internal staircase leads to the upper floor where the master en-suite bedroom, and twin room are located, both have individual access to the large roof terrace.

Booking Notes

No smoking is permitting either in the apartment or outside on the terraces. There is a private car parking space for a small to medium car in the underground car park, with a lift to take you to the apartment.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

Bedroom 1 and 2

Located on the top level is one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes, and one twin bedroom with free standing wardrobes, both with air conditioning and sliding doors leading to the upper terrace.

Bedroom 3 and 4

On the bottom level is another double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and central air conditioning.


There is an en-suite shower room to the master double bedroom on the top floor, and one family bathroom, with bath and overhead shower on the bottom level.


Access to the entrance can be made via either stairs or lift.

Outside the Property

The large roof terrace on the top floor is ideal for sunbathing, and the terrace on the bottom level suitable for dining, both offering spectacular views of the Montgo National Park. The lush green communal gardens and swimming pool / Jacuzzi can be seen from both terraces also.

The blue flag beach at the Arenal is just a 5 minutes walk from the Penthouse.

Golf Details

Javea Golf Club is a 15 minute drive and is open all year round. The La Macheta in Moraira is approx. 20 minutes and La Sella Golf Course Complex is approx. 25 minutes drive.

Travelling to the Property

The apartment is in a central location to Javea and other coastal resorts such as Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm and Denia, all with beautiful clean sandy beaches are within a 30 minute drive.

Useful Distances

Alicante airport is 100 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes drive) and Valencia airport is 125 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and the property is just a 30 minute drive from here.

Changeover days are flexible. The apartment will be available from 4 pm, and we request it is vacated by 10 am on day of departure.

Apartamento bien ubicado, todo según fotos e información del anuncio, comentar que no tiene cadenas de TV españolas ni manera de sintonizarlos (confirmado con la propiedad), que la unidad externa del equipo de aire acondicionado de la planta 1 se encuentra en la terraza y el ruido cuando está encendido es insoportable lo que resulta imposible encenderlo en la noche por las molestias al resto de los vecinos. La persiana de uno de los dormitorios estaba rota a nuestra llegada sin poderla subir y fue reparada un día antes de nuestra partida y el bidé no funcionaba tampoco. Fuimos atendidos correctamente por los propietarios en todo momento e intentaron solucionar todo.

Flat well located, everything according to photos and information in the ad, comment that it has no Spanish TV channels or way to tune them (confirmed with the property), that the external unit of the air conditioning unit on the 1st floor is located on the terrace and the noise when it is on is unbearable making it impossible to turn it on at night because of the inconvenience to the rest of the neighbours. The shutter in one of the bedrooms was broken on our arrival and could not be raised and was repaired the day before our departure and the bidet did not work either. We were well looked after by the owners at all times and they tried to sort everything out.

August 2018 - Golding family:

The location is great only 5 minutes walk from a great beach and restaurants. The apartment is excellent with all you could wish for and in good order. The only thing that would make it perfect would be a number of fold up sun beds to take down to the swimming pool.We could not fault the agent who met us at the apartment and went through all information. We would highly recommend this property.
