Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

The villa is within a walled garden and is easily accessed by a generous drive and entrance and the plot is flat and secure. Parking for numerous cars.

Outside there is ample dining space on the terrace and 10 sunbeds around the pool, a lovely pool side bar/kitchen area plus a gazebo with seating in the shade. The pool is 10 m x 5 m with large full length steps and is 1 meter at the shallow end and 2 meter at the deep end, outside shower and toilet.

Moraira town is a 20-25 minute walk and here you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. Also Jet skiing available in Moraira. Moraira beach has pedalos and kayaks. The Algas beach is close by and the main beach is also walking distance and just a 5 minute drive by car. There is also the lovely beach at El Portet and Marina. Also 15 minute drive towards Calpe there is a watersport centre which offers kayaks, windsurfing, jet skiing , surfing and catamaran.

Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 5 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 15 minutes by car.

Use of a hire car is recommended.

Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 10 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.
