Wonderful area, beautiful villa...
From the moment we arrived we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Flexible on access time to the villa was a real bonus to us. The villa itself is really well appointed and spotlessly clean. Furnishings are good and home comforts were all available. Excellent music system just added to our enjoyment.
The beautiful pool and gardens were fabulous. Gorgeous views and really peaceful environment a real slice of Spanish tranquillity. Proximity to Moraira was excellent and access to the wider region for exploring some wonderful towns and views. Wonderful area, beautiful villa and easy to deal with from start to finish.

Tres belle maison
Belle piscine, belle terrasse, chambles completes, la principale avec salle
de bain et climatisation. Il a fait très chaud et c’est agréable le soir
avoir la chambre réfrigéré. La cuisine très bien et avec tout ce qu’il
faut.par contre il faut prendre une cafetière. En voiture à 5minutes de la
plage.

Hi villa had everything we needed and more. Located in a peaceful location with stunning views. The design of the villa was spacious and had private secure parking with large outdoor areas including a very large pool. Had plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas for the hot days, Great barbecue area, large rooms with all the amenities, clean and nicely furnished with some great features, its a short drive to beautiful beaches, restaurants bars and supermarkets. We highly recommend it and would definitely return we also found the owners very friendly and helpful. Thanks

Lovely Villa
A lovely house, spacious, clean and well equipped. I feels like staying with friends. A few minute drive to Moraira s large beach Ampolla. It has a large and nice pool, which is taken care of by the pool boy. Wonderful views from the 4(!) terraces. Towels, pool chairs, airco and fans, a big kitchen, wash machine and dishwasher: we had a wonderful week in lovely Moraira and this house and will definitely come back.

I have just come back from a wonderful villa in Moraira Spain, the villa was absolutely stunning with a beautiful pool, and stunning views of the mountains and valleys.
Because of our health we couldn’t use the lovely barbecue area, or the washing machine facilities which were down a lot of steps. However, this was pointed out before we booked, but it was such a lovely villa we had to go. Even without using these facilities the villa was the best we’ve had. And would go back in a heartbeat. How you run the company you should be getting so much business - the company can’t do enough for you. We could all use people like this in our lives.

Lovely Villa
A You can tell that care has been taken in the layout and the furnishings of the villa - it's a real home from home. Views are spectacular but at the same time the villa feels very private. Villa was lovely and clean on arrival, facilities were as advertised - it had everything we needed. I would LOVE to own a villa like this one.

Fabulous Villa
A beautiful Villa and very well equipped with everything you need. We had to call Alex as our safe stopped working, a very prompt and efficient service, arriving within 20 minutes to fix the problem (only a battery). Although there was only 2 of us the villa has plenty of space for 6 people. The pool was wonderful and always a shaded spot if you didn't constantly want to be in the sun and an added bonus of inflatables in the utility room. Lovely areas to sit and have a coffee in the morning and a drink or two in the evening. The stereo system was a great addition, plugged our I-pods in and could listen outside to our music without annoying anyone, as the speakers are tucked away in the roof space. Bar 21 (about a 15 minute walk) is a great bar and the tapas is brilliant. We called a taxi (number on the villa info folder) for a night out in the town, they were prompt, courteous and cost 7 euro. Moraira is a lovely place to sit, eat, drink and watch the world go by. We would definitely recommend this villa and Moraira.

Very high quality villa
Superbly equipped villa with loads of well thought out space on the exterior. Great views and really lovely swimming pool. As many previous reviews have mentioned, the pictures just don't do the place justice...The bbq area was wonderfully shaded in the evening, making for very relaxed evening meals...Our party seemed unworried by the walk down to the shops. To drive down took all of 2 minutes, and to reach the nearest decent supermarket took just 4 minutes in the car. So, locationwise, you traded off a little way out of the town centre for simply superb views...Be absolutely certain, we will revisit this villa, it's far better than those we have scored 5 stars to in the past...Finally, a word about the management team: super people, can't do enough to make your stay fantastic. In a nutshell, great villa, great holiday. I want to go back ASAP.

Stunning Villa in a beautiful setting
First impressions of the Villa upon arrival was simply WOW...Everything was perfect, nothing was missing and attention to detail was second to none...The kitchen was clean, light, bright with a beautiful view...Outside the Villa was breathtaking. The pool and various seating areas made spending longs days and evenings outside very easy...The BBQ area was our favourite place to have a meal as the views were fantastic from there...Villa is set in a gorgeous area about a 20 minute walk from all amenities inc supermarkets, beach, bars, restaurants and shops...everything about the villa was perfect, all done to an extremely high standard...we are certain we will return to this Villa for another amazing family holiday...We would certainly recommend this Villa to anyone and everyone! Thank you for a perfect break in a peaceful, relaxing paradise.

Lovely villa in a quiet area
We had a lovely week in this villa, which is in a really quiet location (perfect for us!) - immaculately clean on arrival. The boys loved the pool area. There are also numerous seating areas to sit and enjoy the sun or take some shade. The whole booking & arrivals process was very efficient. Jayne met us at the property, she knows the area well and gave us some handy local tips on where to shop, eat out, get a home delivery paella (La Cuineta in Moraira)! Overall, a very relaxing stay in a lovely villa.

A lovely villa in fantastic surroundings
We've stayed in Moraira a number of times & this is our favourite villa. The location is great with wonderful views across the vineyards in the valley & within easy walking distance of the town centre. If you don't fancy walking back its about €7 in a taxi. The villa is clean & tidy & very modern with a brilliant pool just outside the front door. It has a number of seating areas & a fantastic roof terrace to enjoy the views of the surrounding area which was particularly lovely at night. The arrangements before & during our stay made everything easy & stress free. We would all love to stay here again.

A hidden gem
The photos really don't do this villa justice. Tucked away in a VERY quiet street is this modern yet Spanish looking villa. The pool is a great size and there are lots of seating areas. The views are amazing and the tiered garden at the back was an extra bonus we weren't expecting. The kitchen, whilst small, was modern and had everything we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa. It's a short drive to the beach and restaurants. It ticks all the boxes.
