Detached villa with entrance hall, separate cosy lounge and separate dining room plus a lovely sun lounge overlooking the large pool terrace. The villa is accessed via a flight of 20 steps after which everything is on one easy level.
Modern kitchen with dishwasher,lounge with 2 sofas, satellite flat screen 32″ TV UK free-view channels available – 116 channels in total including the normal BBC, ITV etc. There is further comfortable seating in the sun lounge.
Large master bedroom with super king size bed and fitted wardrobes, mosquito nets and lovely en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over. 2nd bedroom can be a twin or super king size double room and is also en-suite. A/C in both bedrooms. There is a utility room under the villa at ground level with washing machine, sink and drying area.
Off road parking for 1 car but plenty of on road space. WiFi available. The Swiss Hotel for drinks and restaurant facilities is just a 10 minute walk.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

Bedroom 2 can have twin beds or be made up as a super kingsize, there is an en-suite shower room, hair dryer and air conditioning, mosquito nets.

From the parking space there are some 20 steps up to the villa but thereafter everything is on one easy to manage level. The Swiss Hotel for drinks and restaurant facilities is just a 10 minute walk
The terrace area has an 8 m x 4 m rectangular private pool with Roman steps, the shallow end has a depth of 1.00 m and deep end is 2.00 m. There is a large terrace to the side of the pool with 4 sun loungers and a covered naya ideal for outside dining.
Moraira town is a 45 minute walk and here you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. The main beach is the same walking distance and just a 10 minute drive by car. There is also the lovely beach at El Portet and Marina.
Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 10 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 15 minutes by car.
Use of a hire car is recommended.
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here
