Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

From the parking place towards the villa there are 11 steps. From the covered terrace to the villa there are 3 steps. The driveway is steep and therefore only usable when the car isn´t low on the ground

Kidney shaped pool with roman steps with spacious terrace with 4 sun beds and covered naya with outside table and 4 chairs. Private parking for 2-3 cars, but it is on a driveway without gates and not available for cars who are low on the floor.

Both the L´Ampolla beach and the El Portet beach are approx. 4 km from the villa. The delightful town of Moraira with its wonderful modern marina is a 6 minute drive away and offers lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The supermarket Mercadona is 1km away and the supermarkets Lidl , Carrefour and Aldi are also within 1.5 km by car.

Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 15 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just under 10 minutes by car.

Use of a car is needed as there are many interesting places to visit all within a 30 minute drive. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast

Alicante airport is 93 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 10 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Benitachell / Moraira is just 12 km from here.

Changeover days are flexible but it requested the villa is vacated by 10 am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.
