1 pet accepted, only when requested in the first contact. Air conditioning charged €75 extra per week.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.
Living area
You will enter the house via the living area. The doors can be folded open completely to access the pool terrace.
There are 2 large comfortable sofas and a dining table for 8, airconditioning TV with UK channels. Fibre Optic Wifi.
Kitchen
Fully fitted with large American style fridge freezer and washing machine. Blind and mosquito net.
Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom with ensuite shower room
King sized bed with TV, fitted wardrobes, blinds, mosquito nets and air conditioning. With ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2 and 3 - Twin rooms
With twin beds, air conditioning, mosquito nets, blinds. One bedroom has a chest of drawers and the other one has a tall small wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 - Double bedroom
With king sized bed with TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, blinds, free standing wardrobe with hanging part en drawers.

3 steps to access the property from the parking space
8 steps if you want to reach the upper terrace
There is a 8 m x 4 m kidney shaped pool with steps and plenty of sun bathing area on the terrace around the pool. Separate BBQ house with large BBQ, small fridge and a sink with hot and cold water.
There is another terrace with can be reached after 8 steps. Gated entrance to driveway with parking for approx. 2-3 cars.
Moraira town is approximately a 20-30 minute walk, or 5 minutes by car and here you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. A supermarket and a restaurant you will find within 650 meter, but it is a bit hilly going up from the villa. Another bigger supermarket is located 700m from the villa. The nearest Sandy beach is the Ampolla beach of Moraira. This beach you will find within 1.7 km.
Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 10 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 12 minutes by car.
Alicante airport is 94 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 10 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and the property is just 9 km from here.
Use of a car is useful as there are many interesting places to visit all within a 30 minute drive. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.
