Lovely modern and very spacious 3 bedroom villa with an impressively large dining area (with ceiling fan) leading to a fully fitted kitchen. Large separate lounge with ceiling fan with direct access to a covered naya with outside table. The property also benefits from a twin bedroom with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and mosquito nets. A further bedroom with a standard double sized bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and mosquito nets. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, mosquito nets and ensuite shower room. There is a further separate shower room. Outside there is private gated parking for 1 car and plenty of extra street parking. Private pool (8 X 4 metres) with views out towards the sea, 6 sun loungers, terraced area and a covered BBQ area with sink and an electric grill/plate. Air conditioning supplement of 75 euros per week
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

Villa is all on one level. 4 steps down to the pool area and 4 steps up to the villa from the drive.
Lovely pool area (8 X 4 meter pool) with a covered BBQ area with a sink and an electric grill/plate. Plenty of terrace areas to relax with ample seating and outdoor dining. 6 sun loungers available. Garage (which also houses the washing machine) and private gated parking for 1 small to medium car. Plenty on road parking outside.
The 'Paseo Ecologico', Eco footpath runs along the Benissa coastline with it's many coves on one of the few remaining unspoilt corners of the Mediterranean, the nearest cove and beach of Cala Baladrar is just a few minutes drive away, where restaurants and the beach bar can be found. Just a few minutes further along the coast towards either Moraira or Calpe brings you a further choice of bars, restaurants, shops and sandy beaches. Moraira beach is 4.3 km away.
Club de Golf Ifach is just 3.1 km away.
Car hire would be recommended as there are other resorts up and down the coast such as Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute drive.
Alicante airport is 90 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The A7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa.
Changeover days are flexible and it requested the villa is vacated by 10 am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm, unless by prior request.
