This Large, luxurious modern villa in the exclusive El Portet area of Moraira has everything needed for a fabulous holiday. It’s ideal for families sharing, up to 10 people plus a cot option available.
The villa is spacious and beautifully furnished, but has equally been designed with external living in mind with a large outdoor bespoke kitchen and bar area with two large barbecues ,seating for 13 people, 10 sun loungers and an outdoor music system.
The property is spread over 3 floors with 7 terraces terraces including a rooftop terrace to escape to. There are numerous balconies and a safe grass area for young children to play. Full size outdoor table tennis (Ping Pong) table and a newly added POOL TABLE in a separate outdoor covered games area.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of £ 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of £300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

2km walk to beach at El Portet
Close to several high quality golf courses, Club de golf ifach in Moraira is approx. 15 minutes and Javea Golf Club is a 20 minute drive from the villa and is open all year round. La Sella Golf Course Complex is approx. 25 minutes drive and Oliva Nova 18 hole Golf Complex approx. 30 kms.
Moraira with its good balance of excellent restaurants, bars and shops is less than a 5 minute drive. Market day is Friday. There are other resorts up and down the coast such as Altea, Benidorm, Calpe, Denia, Gandia and Oliva, all within a 30 minute to 1 hour drive.
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 15 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.
