This light and sunny villa on Cumbre del Sol has accommodation on one level and has direct access to the sun terrace and private 8 m x 4 m pool.
There is an open plan lounge with dining area and American style fitted kitchen complete with appliances.
There are 3 double bedrooms, en suite shower room and family shower room.
The lounge leads onto a covered terrace where you can relax by the pool and is the perfect place for ‘al fresco’ dining whilst enjoying the lovely views.
Carport for 1 car.
The villa benefits from air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and in the living area. Internet access via Wifi available.

There is a surcharge of € 100,00 per week for air conditioning.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

Accommodation is on one level so there are no internal stairs and no external steps from the road and parking area to the front door, making this villa suitable for people with walking difficulties.
Lovely 8 m x 4 m pool with Roman steps and sea views, sun terrace with sun loungers, outside shower, large gas barbecue and off road parking.
The beach at Cumbre del Sol is 1 km. The main sandy beaches of Moraira and El Portet are approx. 4km from the villa and both are ideal for families with young children.
The delightful town of Moraira with its wonderful modern marina is a 10 minute drive away and offers a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
There is the 9 hole Golf de Ifach course in Moraira. Javea Golf Club is approx. 2 km and La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Benidorm clubs are all within a 30 minute drive away.
Use of a hire car is essential. There are many interesting places to visit on the north Costa Blanca. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.
Alicante airport is 100 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 15 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and the property is just 12 km from here.
It is requested the villa is vacated by 10 am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.
