This traditional villa with private pool has an ideal location to spent a lovely Holiday with your family.Also available as a 3 bedroom without the apartment(this will NOT be rented separately).  It has a private pool which can be gated off, Sea views and it is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac just 5 minutes drive from Moraira and a 20 minute drive to Calpe. It is located just a 5 – 10 minute walk from the restaurants, bars and 2 big supermarkets. The villa itself will have air conditioning in all bedrooms and has a large lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen, TV with international channels and Fiber Optic Wi-Fi. Outside it has large covered terrace with a dining table with 6 chairs. Downstairs on the apartment level you will find 3 other seating areas for relaxing in the sun. The apartment can only be reached externally and has it´s own kitchenette, shower room, lounge and bedroom. There is a secure parking for 2 -3 vehicles.

Booking Notes

Air conditioning is charged extra at € 100,00 per week.

Sorry no pets or smoking is permitted at the villa.

Bed linen and towels included.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

Fully equipped kitchen with integrated oven, gas hob, 2 fridges, dishwasher, microwave, percolator coffee maker and kettle.

All bedrooms will have Air con units installed before the summer of 2024.

The property is entered by double gates and has ample parking for at least 2-3 cars, 6 steps lead up to the main villa, which is all on one level. There are from the main villa in total 10 steps to the pool terrace, which can be closed off for safety in case you are travelling with smaller children. From the pool terrace it is a further 4 steps to reach the apartment and the sitting area near the apartment and the bbq area.

Details on the Coast and Beach

The closest beach is Cala L´Andrago,which is a pebble beach, can be found within 1.3 km. By car this is a 2 minute drive and by foot it is a good 20 minute walk. Here you can also find a variate of bars and restaurants.
The main beach of Moraira can be found within 2.3 km. By car this is a 5 minute drive and by foot it is a good 35 - 40 minute walk.
Multiple restaurants, bars and 2 supermarkets are within 5 - 10 minutes by foot.

Golf Details

Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 5 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 20 minutes by car.

Travelling to the Property

Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour drive) and Valencia airport is 131 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and the villa is just 11 km from here.

Useful Distances

Moraira which has a good balance of refined restaurants, bars and shops is just a 6 minute drive or a good 40 minute walk. Along the way you will already find multiple restaurants. Market day Moraira is Friday. There are other resorts up and down the coast such as Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, and Oliva, all within a 45 minute drive.
