This wonderful holiday villa is located on the stunning Cumbre Del Sol. It benefits from 4 bedrooms in total and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs in the main villa are 2 bedrooms (both with air con), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and enclosed naya. Underneath is a separate apartment on the pool level (external access only) with 2 further bedrooms, lounge, kitchenette, shower room and washing machine room. Outside is a fabulous pool with roman steps with wonderful views and terrace area with plenty of room for sunbathing. 2 further terrace areas including a BBQ area (charcoal) with outside table and chairs. The rest of the garden is laid to trees and shrubs. Gated driveway with plenty of room to park 2 cars privately. UK Freeview channels available and wifi. Air conditioning in 3 of the bedrooms and the lounge area in the downstairs apartment. Free standing fan available in the fourth bedroom downstairs. Walk to supermarket and a restaurant in 5 minutes.

Air conditioning is charged as an extra supplement - € 100,00 per week.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

Fabulous pool area with large, almost L shaped pool with roman steps (11 X 5 metres). Plenty of terracing for sunbathing and sun loungers provided. 2 further terrace areas including BBQ (charcoal) with outside table and chairs. Rest of garden area is laid to shrub. Private driveway to park at least 2 cars.
The beach at Cumbre del Sol is 2 km. You can walk to the local supermarket in 5 minutes.
The main sandy beach of Moraira is approx. 9km from the villa and also the Blue flag smaller beach at El Portet, both are ideal for families with young children. The delightful town of Moraira with its wonderful modern marina is a 15 minute drive away and offers lots of bars, restaurants and shops.
The fabulous beach and town of Javea is also only a 15 minute drive away.
There is the 9 hole Golf de Ifach course in Moraira. Javea Golf Club is approx. 6 km and La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Benidorm clubs are all within a 30 -45 minute drive away
Use of a hire car is essential. There are many interesting places to visit on the north Costa Blanca. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 10 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.
Changeover days are flexible but it requested the villa is vacated by 10.00 am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.
