A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

In July and August the change over day is Saturday only. In September the changeover day is flexible.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

Electric gates with drive to the villa. Ample parking for several cars. Access to villa is via pool area - approx. 7-8 steps. Steps to bar area -approx 6-7 steps.

Wonderful shaded naya area off the lounge with a lovely terrace with private 8 m x 4 m pool (with pool lights). External shower, sun loungers. Separate Bar/ summer kitchen area with dishwasher and fridge. Gas BBQ and table and chairs area located behind the summer kitchen. Ping Pong table and pool table and basketball hoop..

The beach at El Portet is close by (1km) and the beaches, bars and many restaurants in resort of Moraira are just a 5 minute drive. There are other lovely beach resorts such as Calpe, Altea and Javea, all within a 30 minute drive.

Close to several high quality golf courses, Club de golf ifach in Moraira is approx. 15 minutes and Javea Golf Club is a 20 minute drive from the villa and is open all year round. La Sella Golf Course Complex is approx. 25 minutes drive and Oliva Nova 18 hole Golf Complex approx. 30 kms.

Moraira with its good balance of excellent restaurants, bars and shops is less than a 5 minute drive. Market day is Friday. There are other resorts up and down the coast such as Altea, Benidorm, Calpe, Denia, Gandia and Oliva, all within a 30 minute to 1 hour drive.

Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 15 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.

It is requested that guests vacated by 10 am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm. Please note in July and August the changeover day is Saturday only.
