Our 2nd time in this fantastic villa. the first being in 2016, love it here. Clean, well equipped, quiet and wonderful views. The team are great at dealing with any little queries and the pool guy is great, lots of local knowledge and restaurant suggestions and he kept the pool spotlessly clean. We are sure we will be back again in a few years time as this is the best villa we have stayed in.

Très agréable.Merci à Suzanne pour la qualité des échanges et la rapidité de réponse. Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans cette belle maison confortable. Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique, l’environnement et le côté très pratique de cette maison. Tout est bien pensé pour passer bon séjour : literie de bonne qualité, salle de bains spacieuses et récentes, un coin nuit facile à isoler avec un rideau permettant de ne rafraîchir que raisonnablement les chambres pour la nuit. La cuisine est pratique et fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont parfaits, la piscine est grande et ses abords sont dégagés offrants un cadre exceptionnel avec une très belle vue sur les collines. Nous avons appréciés le mobilier extérieur et les les équipements laissés à disposition des occupants : table de Ping Ping, quelques jeux et jouets de piscine (qui évite des achats sur place), un réfrigérateur très pratique à proximité de la piscine, et un barbecue à Gaz très efficace... bref un magnifique séjour grace à des propriétaires qui savent vraiment proposer une maison “à vivre” et pas seulement une location saisonnière. Nous recommandons !

Hemos estado muy a gusto, es una casa muy espaciosa y cómoda dotada con todo lo necesario para descansar unos días. Estaba muy limpia a nuestra llegada. Tiene amplias vistas, sol todo el día y está en una zona muy tranquila donde apenas pasan coches. Muy recomendable.

We enjoyed our 3-week stay in the villa, and are delighted and eager to meet her again next year. The people who came to replace the sheets and towels are very nice, as are all the people we have had contact with. There is only one thing that has been really unpleasant, and that is the unreliability of the Internet connection. As I told you, this is very important to me in my work. I hope you can do what you need to do with the owner to increase the connection power. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Response back from the owner about the internet:
They are speaking with the internet company to see what can be changed to get the internet more stable for next year.
Update July 2020: fibre optic Wi-fi has now been installed to improve the stability of the wifi connection

What a fabulous villa! We've been coming to Moraira for 10 years and this is definitely the best! Superb location, well equipped, clean and fresh. We had a fantastic holiday, weather was fab so the outside space was really important. Pool excellent - extremely well looked after by Ty. Thank you so much, we'll be back. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful villa with us. We have visited Moraira before and always loved it here, but this is definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was our first holiday in Moraira with the newest addition to the family and it is safe to say 5 month old Edward had an amazing time and loved splashing around in the pool.

let me tell you that the whole family had really enjoyed its stay in the villa calle Albatros. We knew the area because we have been rented a house in the same neighborhood for the last 3 years. The villa was great, splendid, very comfortable and modern, a very easy-to-live house. I will recommend this house without any problem. The area is quiet and lovely. 10/15 minutes walking to the EL PORTET beach. We really appreciated this. We just loved the outside part with the big pool, the outside sofa and the pool chairs. We used the barbecue as we often had lunch outside. We also really appreciated the little fridge under the basement.

Villa was everything we had hoped it would be but better.The pool and outside area including BBQ and outside kitchen means you can make the most of the long sunny days. Inside immaculate and spacious and the area of El Portet is stunning . The pool was kept very pristine by visits from Ty the pool man.We would book again without any hesitation as it delivered everything we wanted and more

The pool here is just perfect and lovely and clean, the villa is really nice and even though the air con leaked in the lounge, we were very impressed with the speed in which you arranged for it to be mended. We have stayed in many villas over the years but this was our favourite yet. Tastefully furnished and well equipped with a great outside area - everything three generations needed to have an unforgettable holiday. On the one occasion we had a problem of our own making Jayne was there to sort things out without delay. We shall certainly return.

Calle Albatros was a fantastic villa for our family of 5 (kids aged 13, 11 and 3). On arrival it was spotlessly clean and we found it be very well equipped to a high standard (sky tv, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc). The pool area is great for little ones (pool toys and inflatables also supplied, I think we may have added to them!) and having pool and villa towels supplied was a bonus. The views from the villa are beautiful, it is very peaceful and just a short drive from shops and beaches. We found our holiday to be completely relaxing and came home feeling fully rested. We would definitely recommend this villa to others and would hope to book again for our next holiday.

The villa is beautiful, we were extremely pleased with it, and the location was almost perfect, stunning views and so peaceful. Just a very steep walk to the beach/town! This is the only villa we have stayed in where we were so impressed we may even consider going back a second time! Was great having a lovely large pool, that we didn't have to share, and the garden was lovely. Lots of shade during the day for those that wanted it. Moraira was great for lots of places to eat, very friendly people. Lovely beaches along that coast. All 3 generations of our family had a great time.
