Lo leí en varios comentarios y lo comparto. Mejor que lo que ves en las fotos, simplemente un lugar de ensueño. Casi no salimos De la Villa xq se pasaba genial. Corrimos con suerte de tener la noche de perseidas. Así que las noches mirando el cielo fueron grandiosas. Recomendable 100%
I read it in several comments and I share it. Better than what you see in the pictures, simply a dream place. We almost didn't go out of the village because it was great. We were lucky to have the night of the Perseids. So the nights watching the sky were great. 100% recommendable.

We hebben een supervakantie gehad en hebben echt genoten van het huis en de omgeving.
Een minpuntje was het ontbreken van airco op de slaapkamers. Dit zou echt geen overbodige luxe zijn met de warmte in de zomers in Moraira. Het huisgerei mag ook iets meer uitgebreid en vernieuwd worden. We hebben zelf een braadpan gekocht (en daar gelaten ????) om onze eitjes te bakken. De deksels van de kookpotten zijn ook allemaal stuk…
Verder geen opmerkingen, het is een heel mooi huis met een zalig zwembad (we missen het al)en willen graag opnieuw boeken voor komend jaar.

De eigenaar heeft besloten om voor het zomerseizoen 2023 airco´s te laten plaatsen

Wij zijn zeer tevreden over jullie service, dat was in het verleden zo en dit was ook deze zomer weer het geval. Ontvangst is altijd uitstekend, voldoende uitleg enz.
Het huisje dit jaar was goed. Hoewel de ligging voor ons drukker was dan dat we normaal gewoon zijn viel het best mee.
Enkel zou ik aanraden om aan de eigenaar toch eens melden dat een airco geen overbodige luxe zou zijn, zeker met de hitte die we dit jaar hebben gehad.
Als alles goed verloopt zien we elkaar volgend jaar terug.

Muy buen chalet, 3 habitaciones, 3 baños. Agradable. Atencion por parte de Suzanne y Linda muy bueno y diligente. Faltaba gas para la BBQ y en un momeno Linda lo trajo. Sin pilas en el mando a distancia de la puerta automatica.. y rapidamente soluvionaron el problema. Muy buen lugar y bien atendidos.

Very good villa, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Very nice. Attention from Suzanne and Linda very good and diligent. The gas for the BBQ was run out and in a moment Linda brought it. Batteries in the remote control of the automatic door were not working and they quickly solved the problem. Very nice place and well looked after.

The villa was really lovely, very clean and lots of room for 4 of us. `The only negative was that it was quite a walk into the town. We would definitely recommend Moraira and Javea villas. All members of staff were exceptionally friendly and professional and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I come to Moraira since several years, I was 15 years old for the first time and now I am 56 !! Just to say that I booked many villas. The villa that we rented this summer, was really completed. Modern and very well equipped, everything worked perfectly. Only one negative point, a little far away from the center of Moraira. We have enjoyed our stay without any concern. Many thanks to all the team at Moraira and Javeas villas agency for all.

We were very pleased with the service your company provided. E-mails were answered promptly and requests whilst at the villa, ie BBQ gas were dealt with speedily. It was also very helpful to be able to pick up the keys and check in early. I would not hesitate in recommending Moraira and Javea Villas to friends. As you may be aware this is the second year we have stayed in the villa ( we have been holidaying in the area for over 25 years) and again we were very pleased with the cleanliness on arrival and the peaceful location. However we have a couple of matters which we would like to mention, more as constructive criticism than complaint. Firstly, it was particularly hot this year and the ceiling fans really struggled to keep us cool, it was just about bearable. Obviously AC would be best but supplementary portable fans would have been helpful. Secondly, the kitchen equipment/utensils/pans etc really need replacing. The fridge/hob etc are all fine.

Note from the owner: They will have a look at the kitchen equipment. Update 2019: Owners has purchased new kitchen equipment and new pillows.

We found M&J Villas very easy to book with, informative and helpful booking staff. The villa was fantastic, modern fittings and a bathroom for each of the 3 bedrooms which was perfect for our family. The outside areas were great, well maintained with lovely views of the hillside opposite. The villa was well located just a short drive into Moraira. We would definitely book again.

May 2017 - fam. Green: As you know this was our second booking of this villa and the service provided by yourselves has been very good both before our arrival and during our stays has been very good. Jayne last year and Alex this year sorted out minor issues promptly and with understanding, being able to delay our departure a bit to fit in with our travel itinerary being particularly helpful. The villa itself is very comfortable internally and I cannot fault it.
