The villa is very comfortable and complies with the agency's description.
The kitchen is very well equipped, the fridge and freezer are large, and the bedrooms are spacious.
We had a great holiday and look forward to coming back next summer.

This is the second time we have had the privilege of using your company and hiring the same villa in Benitachell as it is close to our parents.
As always the service is outstanding. We had a minor hiccup with the electric gate which was resolved promptly.
The villa itself is great and offers good value for money.
We will not hesitate to recommend you to others( as we already have) and look forward to using you again in the future.

The villa at Les Fonts is very beautiful, modern, very well decorated and spacious. We appreciate its view on the village of Benitatchell and its quietness. It offers excellent services such as household appliances, dishes, utensils... air conditioning. We love it!

No tuvimos que activar el Aire Acondicionado ni un solo dia. Trato por parte de Moraira and Javea villas inmejorable, atenta compresiva etc. Como estabamos en plena pandemia espero a estar las cosas seguras para hacer el pago Muy buena esta propiedad... Llevamos unos 15 años de vacaciones en esta zona y es sin duda LA MEJOR en esta franja de precios.. Un 10

It is a very nice and comfortable house, very well equipped with a perfect pool and a chill out area to spend the spectacular evenings . We were accompanied by the weather, ideal temperature. We did not had to turn on the air conditioning a single day. Treatment by Moraira and Javea villas was unbeatable, attentive, understanding and so spot on. As we were in the middle of a pandemic we waited until things were safe to make the payment. Very good this property.... We have been holidaying in this area for about 15 years and it is undoubtedly THE BEST in this price bracket... A 10

As every year for the past 7 years I think we are delighted to stay in the villa located in Benitatxell.
We appreciated the speed of your interventions and especially the travel of the agency's staff.
The villa is in excellent condition and the modern decoration makes us feel good, a little like home and that's why we take good care of it too. We really like this villa.
For our part, we do not need the roller shutter on the pool and we almost do not use air conditioning (3-4 times before going to bed only). Air conditioning is not essential for us. We come to Benitatxell to enjoy a good heat!
Thank you very much for the opportunity to speak.

We were absolutely thrilled with the villa and the service we received. Everything went so smooth we couldn't fault it. The villa itself was clean and tidy with everything we needed, perfect location for us. The only thing I would recommend as an improvement and would make it absolutely faultless would be to have air con in the lounge area and to provide pool towels. Other than that, we were delighted with our holiday. We will definitely book with you again and will be hoping for the same villa. Thank you again for a perfect service, we have already recommended you to several friends and will continue to do so.

2nd stay at this fantastic property on Les Fonts, the villa is well positioned being a 10 minute drive to Moraira beach and town centre. The villa is of a very high standard and now the air conditioning in the bedrooms has been added it completes the overall comfort as it can get extremely hot during the night. The Les fonts estate is very quiet even in high season which is perfect for us with younger children, even though there are plenty of people around you don't hear anyone which is great. This villa is perfect in every respect, quiet, great pool, great facilities and 2/3rds of the price for an equivalent down in Moraira. We cannot fault the letting company, last year i was in severe pain without any pain relief at 6am and had no choice but to call them on the off chance a member of staff could help with the pharmacy not opening until 9am, within half an hour one of the team was at the villa with brufen, couldn't believe it. And this year there was an issue with the internet antenna when we arrived, having internet is vital to us as we run our UK business whilst away and the issue was fixed within 24 hours, brilliant all round service.
