This beautiful partly refurbished 4 bedroom villa has a private drive with parking for 3 to 4 cars from here it is 4 steps to the enclosed sun room where you have sea view and overlook the pool. From there you walk into the living room/dining room with with 2 comfortable sofa´s and a dining table with in total 8 chairs. On the right is the entrance to the modern fully equipped kitchen. At the back of the living room you will find the hallway that leads you to the 3 bedrooms of the main villa with air con units and to the 2 bathrooms, one is an en suite shower room and the other is a family bathroom both are of high standard. From the the drive it is 12 steps down to the pool and the studio apartment. Here you find the 10 x 5 meter pool, an outside shower and a shady covered part of the terrace where you can enjoy some lovely drinks and al fresco dining. The apartment has a covered entrance big enough to escape the sun on a warm sunny day. The studio apartment has a kitchenette with the washing machine, a microwave and a small fridge. The bedroom has 2 stand alone wardrobe cabinets and air conditioning and a modern bathroom with walk in shower , a toilet and a sink. Please note there is no internal access from the main villa to the apartment.

No smoking and no pets allowed in the villa.
Air con is an extra supplement charged at € 100,00 per week.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

Living and dining room
The living room has 2 sofa´s and a chair. The television has English Freeview channels and you can log in with your own account of Netflix etc. There is also fiber optic internet.
This room also contains the dining table with 8 chairs.

The refurbished fully equipped modern kitchen has a dishwasher, electric hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and fridge/freezer.

12 steps from the drive to the pool area
A sunny terrace around the pool (10x5) with sun loungers a covered area with a dining table and chairs where you can relax and have your drinks and meals with sea views.
The main beach of Moraira is approx. 5 km from the villa and is ideal for families with young children. The delightful town of Moraira with its wonderful modern marina is a 10 minute drive away and offers a wide variety of bars, excellent restaurants and shops.
There is the 9 hole Golf de Ifach course in Moraira. Javea Golf Club is just a short drive away and La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Benidorm clubs are all within a 30 minute drive away.
Use of a hire car is essential. There are many interesting places to visit on the north Costa Blanca. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Altea, Benidorm, Calpe, Denia and Javea are all within easy driving distance along the coast.
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 10 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and the property is just 11 km from here.
Change over dates can be flexible, but access on arrival is available from 4 pm and we request the villa is vacated on day of departure by 10 am.
