The accommodation is on one level and has direct access from the lounge and kitchen to the private pool and south facing sun terrace where you can relax and enjoy the lovely views across open countryside.
Lounge with dining area, separate fitted kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, family bathroom and en suite shower room to the main bedroom.
There are ceiling fans and Air Con to all 3 bedrooms and living area. Covered terrace leading on to the 8 m x 4 m rectangular pool and terrace.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

The accommodation is on one level with direct access to the private pool, there are a few steps from the parking area but the entrance to the villa can be accessed around the back to avoid the steps for people with walking difficulties.
Lovely private 8 m x 4 m rectangular pool with Roman steps, surrounded by a large south facing terrace, 6 sun loungers and outside shower. Archway to separate barbecue area.
Benitachell is located half way between the coastal resorts of Moraira and Javea and just a 15 minute drive will take you to the lovely sandy Blue Flag beaches at Moraira and El Portet and marina. The resort of Javea comprises 3 main areas, the town with its shops and boutiques, the port with many restaurants and bars, and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade, again with a wide selection of restaurants and bars.
Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 20 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 10 minutes by car.
Also there is the La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Oliva Nova Golf, approx. 30 minute drive.
Use of a hire car is essential. The villa is in a central location with good local restaurants close by and easy access to interesting places up and and down the coast, all within a 30 minute drive.
Alicante airport is 1 hr and Valencia 1 hr 25 min, by car.
Changeover days are flexible. The villa will be available from 4 pm, and we request it is vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
