This attractive penthouse  is spread over two floors, comprising of a stunning master bedroom suite on the top floor with huge private roof terrace offering views of the Montgo mountain, another kingsize bedroom with en-suite on the lower level and a single bedroom with pull out bed. The modern lounge and open plan kitchen leads out to an enclosed covered terrace for dining which leads onto a further outside covered open terrace seating area. The apartment has  TV with channels available in many different languages (Belgian, Dutch, German, French, English etc.) , DVD, Fiber Optic Wifi, and air conditioning throughout, electric shutters, mosquito nets, underground secure private parking(for a small to medium size car), communal pool with Jacuzzi and lifeguard , gym, padel court and steam room.

There is a €75 supplement per week for air conditioning.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

The top floor master bedroom suite is large enough to accommodate a further extra bed to make it a family bedroom, providing sleeping for 7 guests in the penthouse if required.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

Accommodation Details

Lounge / dining room

Large spacious lounge with corner sofa, TV, DVD, Fibre Optic Wifi, air conditioning. Sliding doors lead to a closed terrace for dining, and a further door leading to outside covered seating area with mountain views.


Open plan kitchen located off the lounge area, well equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven and extractor, tall fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. Dolce Gusto Coffee machine.

Master bedroom suite

Very large kingsize bedroom with fitted wardrobes, extra bed, air conditioning, electric shutters, en-suite walk in shower room, sliding doors leading out to huge roof terrace with spectacular mountain views.

Second bedroom

Kingsize bedroom with fitted wardrobes, central air conditioning, electric shutters, en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Third bedroom

Single bedroom with pull out bed to sleep 2 guests, fitted wardrobes and central air conditioning.


There is one en-suite walk-in shower room to the master bedroom, an en-suite bath with overhead shower to the second bedroom, and an additional family shower room.


There is a lift from the underground parking up to the penthouse as well as stairs. Ramps are available throughout the complex for those with walking difficulties or pushchairs.

Outside the Property

The communal swimming pool has a Jacuzzi pool at one end, feature pool showers and beautifully kept Mediterranean gardens, padel court, gymnasium, steam room, games room, a restaurant overlooking the marina, and underground secure parking.

Details on the Coast and Beach

The sandy beach of the Arenal is just a 5 minute walk, with an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops to choose from. The old town and the port are easily accessible within a few minutes drive, with many shops, restaurant, boutiques, and day and night markets to meander around.

Golf Details

Javea Golf Club with its 9 hole course is a 10 minute drive, Ifach Golf Club in Moraira approx. 20 minutes and there is the La Sella Golf Complex near Denia, approx. 30 minute drive.

Travelling to the Property

The penthouse is located in Javea, just 100 km from Alicante Airport, approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes by car, and approx. 125 km from Valencia Airport.

Useful Distances

There are many other resorts and beaches to visit along the coast within 30 minutes drive.

Further Details

Changeover days are flexible. The apartment will be available from 4 pm, and we request it is vacated by 10 am on day of departure.

August 2022 - Ashley:
The apartment when we arrived was clean and tidy with fresh bed sheets and it was evident that a thorough clean had been done.
We had an issue with a wasps nest which was dealt with immediately.
The apartment was spacious and the pool area perfect.
When our flights were changed Moraira & Javea villas accommodated with a very late check out so that we weren’t waiting in the heat for hours.
Our experience overall was excellent and we would not hesitate to use your services again and we have already recommended you to friends and family. Thank you

Pour l'appartement de Javea : grand appartement idéalement placé proche de la plage et des belles promenades. Le quartier est calme. Le logement est entièrement climatisé, bien équipé. Les lits sont confortables.
Il manque juste un lave vaisselle.
La résidence est très agréable, bien entretenue avec un très beau jardin et une grande piscine.

For the flat in Javea: large flat ideally located close to the beach and beautiful walks. The area is quiet. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned, well equipped. The beds are comfortable.
The only thing missing is a dishwasher.
The residence is very pleasant, well maintained with a beautiful garden and a large swimming pool.

Fijne woning, grote zwembad, dichtbij de boulevard. Zaken zijn gelijk bij aankomst opgelost.
Fine house, large swimming pool, close to the promenade. Issues were solved immediately upon arrival.

This was a much needed family holiday. Nou Fontana apartment was superb, clean, well appointed and spacious with a fantastic roof terrace. The communal gardens and pool were well kept and the location close to Arenal Beach was ideal. Moraira and Javea Villas were extremely helpful and key collection went very smoothly. When we next visit the area, we would not hesitate to use Moraira and Javea Villas again.
