Entrance area with Cloakroom/WC, open plan lounge with dining area and fully fitted kitchen. Doors from the lounge open on the covered naya and south facing terrace where you can sit and enjoy the superb views.
The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is on this level. There is an internal staircase leading down to 2 further double bedrooms, both with twin beds and family bathroom. External door gives direct access to the lower terrace and pool from this level. Fibre wifi available.

Changeover days are flexible and it requested the villa is vacated by 10 am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

Open plan living area with comfortable sofas, fireplace, TV, 2 ceiling fans, dining area with dining table and matching chairs. English TV Channels available (BBC1, ITV etc) and fibre wifi.
Kitchen
Open plan off living area, fully fitted and equipped with oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Dolce Gusto Coffee machine.

On the same level as living area.
Double bed, fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan and Air Con unit, Door to terrace.
En suite bathroom has bath with shower over, wash hand basin and toilet.

To reach the lower level there are approx 15 steps. From this level you are only 7 steps away from the pool area.
The upper terrace with covered naya leads directly from the living room, here you can relax and enjoy the wonderful views. There are 2 tables, chairs and a barbecue.
The lower terrace with new 8 m x 4 m rectangular pool with Roman Steps. There are plenty of sun bathing areas with 6 sun loungers.
Moraira town is 5-10 minutes by car and here you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. The Blue Flag beach in Moraira is perfect for families with young children and there is also the lovely smaller beach at El Portet.
Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 10 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 20 minutes by car.
Car hire would be recommended as there are other resorts up and down the coast such as Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute drive.
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here
The owner has requested no smoking at the villa. Pets maybe considered at the discretion of the owners.
