This modern, high quality villa situated in Guardia Park,  has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Spain.

Through the gate, which opens manually, you will reach the private parking area for 2 – 3 cars from where you can enter the house. On the right you walk into the kitchen with all appliances you need and a separate utility room then you will walk into the dining area which is open to the living room with different international TV channels,  internet, a fireplace and airconditioning which can be put on hot and cold.

On the left from the entrance is the family bathroom with the 2 bedrooms (one double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 singles), both with air conditioning H/C and ceiling fans. The master bedroom is at the other end of the hallway and has a king size bed with air conditioning H/C and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath.

From the living room you can walk on to the covered terrace that wraps around the house with a dining table to enjoy your al fresco dining.  There is a seperate sitting area to relax en dream away in the Mediterranean style garden with view over the pool.

This house has central heating, air conditioning H/C and a fireplace to heat the house if necessary in the winter.
