Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

To enter the house from the private parking spot there is 1 step. Inside it is 5 steps up to reach the living area and 10 steps down to reach the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. To go from the lower bedrooms to the lowest terrace there are 10 steps

Segured communal pool area with a large pool with seperate area for the young children. Here you will also find the tennis court, petanque court and a table tennis table.

The main beach of Moraira is approx. 3 km from the property and is ideal for families with young children. The delightful town of Moraira with its wonderful modern marina is a 8 minute drive away and offers a wide variety of bars, excellent restaurants and shops. Closer to the property you will find a varity of good bars and restaurants which can be reached after a 10-15 minute walk.

The 2 large sandy beaches of Calpe can be found approx. 10 - 12km from the property. The long boulevard of Calpe is behind the beach of Playa del Arenal and is 12km away from the property.

There is the 9 hole Golf de Ifach course in Moraira, which is only 1.5 away. Javea Golf Club is 10km away and La Sella Golf Complex near Denia is a 30 minute drive away.

Use of a hire car is recommended. There are many interesting places to visit on the north Costa Blanca. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.

Alicante airport is 92 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 5 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north,(approx. 1 hour and 30 minute drive) The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.

Changeover days are flexible. The villa will be available from 4 pm on day of arrival, and we request it is vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
