This modern, high quality villa situated in Guardia Park, has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Spain.
Through the gate, which opens manually, you will reach the private parking area for 2 – 3 cars from where you can enter the house. On the right you walk into the kitchen with all appliances you need and a separate utility room then you will walk into the dining area which is open to the living room with different international TV channels, fiber optic internet, a fireplace and air conditioning which can be put on hot and cold.
On the left from the entrance is the family bathroom with the 2 bedrooms (one double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 singles), both with air conditioning H/C and ceiling fans. The master bedroom is at the other end of the hallway and has a king size bed with air conditioning H/C and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath.
From the living room you can walk on to the covered terrace that wraps around the house with a dining table to enjoy your al fresco dining. There is a separate sitting area to relax and dream away in the Mediterranean style garden with view over the pool.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.
Living and dining room
The living room has a very comfortable sofa. The television has various international channels and you can log in with your own account of Netflix etc. There is also fiber optic internet.
The dining room table with 6 chairs is also situated in this room and to cool down the area there is an airconditioning available here.
Kitchen & utility room
Fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a under counter fridge and freezer. Next to the kitchen you will find the utility room with the washing machine, an extra fridge, the iron board and iron.
Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom
Double bed (1.60 x 2.00) with nightstands and chest of drawers with mirror and fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
There is a door to the garden and it has a mosquito net plus shutters and curtains to keep the room dark.
Bedroom 2
2 single beds (90 x 1.90) with night stands and fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The window has a mosquito net plus shutters and curtains.
Bedroom 3
Double bed (1.50 x 1.90) with nightstands and chest of drawers with mirror and fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The window has a mosquito net plus shutters and curtains to keep the room dark.
Bathroom 1
Modern bathroom with a walk in shower, a toilet, wash basin with mirror above and a towel rail.
Bathroom 2 - Ensuite to the master bedroom

There are 2 steps to reach the entrance door and it is 1 step down from the terrace to the garden.
Fabulous pool area with large pool with roman steps. Plenty of terracing for sunbathing on the provided sun loungers. There is a covered terrace with comfortable sofas and around the corner there is a large table with relaxing chairs. Here you will also find the gas bbq.
The beach of Granadella is 4 km and in the summer there is a shuttle train who departs 5 minutes walk from the villa.
The fabulous Sandy beach (El Arenal) is also only a 10 minute drive away, where you also will find many restaurants and bars.
The old town of Javea where you can find the local market and lovely restaurants is a 20 minute drive.
You can walk to various restaurants (Pizza restaurant at only 450m, a Spanish restaurant at 550m or an Indian restaurant at 850m) and a bar.
Small supermarkets can be found within 2 kilometer and the larger supermarkets can be found within a 10 minute drive.
Javea Golf Club is approx. 11 km away and La Sella Golf Complex near Denia is a 25 minute drive by car.
Use of a hire car is essential. There are many interesting places to visit on the north Costa Blanca. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.
Alicante airport is 102 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 15 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north (approx. 1 hour and 30 minute drive)
Changeover days are flexible but it requested the villa is vacated by 10.00 am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.
