The accommodation is on 2 levels and sleeps 6. On the downstairs level you will find the well equipped kitchen with a double oven and access to the back garden.
The main living area is open planned. The living room has 2 settees, TV, DVD player and a dining table with 6 chairs. A door from the living room leads to the covered partly open terrace. Here you will find another dining table with 6 chairs.
There are 2 bedrooms on this level: one double bedroom and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, Air con units, fans and mosquito nets. There are 2 bathrooms on this level: One shower room with toilet and wash hand basin and 1 bathroom with bath, toilet and wash hand basin. An internal staircase leads to 1 further double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Attached to this bedroom you will find a private balcony with spectacular views.
Outside is a 8 m x 4 m kidney shaped pool with metal steps, sun terrace with 6 sun loungers and a barbecue.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

The door leading to the balcony has mosquito nets and curtains. From the balcony you have a great view towards Moraira and the sea.
13 steps leading towards the villa.
There is a 8 m x 4 m kidney shaped pool with steps and plenty of sun bathing area on the terrace. Charcoal Barbecue. A staircase with 13 steps leads to the villa with the covered naya. Gated entrance to driveway with parking for approx. 3-4 cars. Outside fish pond.
Moraira town is approximately a 30/40 minute walk, or 5 minutes by car and here you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. A supermarket and a couple of bars and restaurants you will find within 1 kilometer, but it is a bit hilly going up to the villa. The nearest Sandy beach is the Ampolla beach of Moraira. This beach you will find within 2.3 km. Closer by you will find the pebble beach Playa Platgetes.
Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 5 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 15 minutes by car.
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 10 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and the property is just 8 km from here.
Use of a car is useful as there are many interesting places to visit all within a 30 minute drive. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.
